Prior to making a purchase on our website, due to the unique nature of our products, once an order is fulfilled and shipped, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part as the seller.

If the seller makes a mistake, we will gladly accept the wig for exchange—only if it is in its original condition. The lace must not be cut, and the wig must not be worn, styled, combed, washed, or altered in any way. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to accept the return.
