Bring Your Own Bundles

The service includes constructing, customization (including bleaching knots and plucking the hairline), styling to your preferences, and optional hair coloring for an extra $100. You have the option to supply the desired number of bundles and choose between a frontal, closure or U-Part construction. For lengths over 18 inches, we recommend using 4 bundles. The turnaround time AFTER we receive your bundles is 5–15 business days; this does not include shipping time.

Please note the following:

• If you are using previously used bundles, please ensure they are gently used and provide enough hair for a full head (3 to 4 full bundles).
• You have the option to send your bundles directly from the hair company you ordered from to our location.
• If supplying used bundles, they must be clean and uncut. You must also provide brand-new lace (unless it is a U-Part construction).
• Only human hair bundles are accepted; no synthetic/mixed/pack hair.
• You are responsible for shipping your bundles to us. Please provide tracking within 5 days, or we will cancel and refund your order.
• The price for this shipping is the return shipping costs!

THE PROCESS

1. PAY FOR THE SERVICE

After paying for the service, please email Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com with your order number and name for further instructions. I'll then send you a form to specify how you would like your unit to be made and the location to send your bundles and closure.

2. SHIP YOUR HAIR TO US.

Please make sure you already have the hair on hand prior to making the purchase. You are responsible for shipping the hair to us. If shipping the hair directly from the company, please send it to the address we provided.

3. EMAIL TRACKING TO US.

When you ship your hair to us, please ensure you send us the tracking number. You can do this by emailing Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com with your name and order number. Failure to email the tracking number within 5 days will result in the cancellation of your order, and a refund will be issued.

4. WIG WILL BE CONSTRUCTED

Once we receive your hair we will begin constructing and styling your unit.

6. SHIPPED!

After your wig is made, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number.

NUMBER OF BUNDLES NEEDED

14” and below = 2 bundles needed
16”-20 = 3 bundles needed
22” -26”= 3-4 bundles needed 
28” or higher = 4-5 bundles needed
