Did you know you can send your OLD IslandLuxe Wig back to me for a fresh new look? Yes, really! I can bring your wig back to life and have it sent back to you within 5-15 business days (Not including shipping time)

TROPI-CARE REVIVAL SERVICE INCLUDES:

1. Replacing adjustable elastic band, tightening wefts, and lace (if selected)
2. Lace Detox
3. Wash and deep condition treatment
4. Shine restoration
5. Restyled

For lace replacements, we provide the service with a freshly new lace and customization (bleaching knots and plucking). Turnaround time AFTER we receive your unit is 10 to 21 Business Days.

The price for this shipping is the return shipping costs!

PLEASE NOTE:

• The wig should be gently used and in good condition
• Only service units from ILE
• No bleaching or coloring is included in this service
• You are responsible for shipping your unit to us.

THE PROCESS

1. PAY FOR THE SERVICE

After paying for the service, please email Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com with your order number and name for further instructions. I'll then send you a form to specify how you would like your unit to be styled and the location to send your unit.

2. SHIP YOUR HAIR TO US.

You are responsible for shipping the hair to us. Please send it to the address we provided.

3. EMAIL TRACKING TO US.

When you ship your hair to us, please ensure you send us the tracking number. You can do this by emailing Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com with your name and order number. Failure to email the tracking number within 5 days will result in the cancellation of your order, and a refund will be issued.

4. WIG WILL BE REVITALIZE

Once we receive your hair, we will begin revamping your unit.

6. SHIPPED!

After revitalizing your wig, it will be shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
