RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with IslandLuxe Extensions. We want to ensure that you are confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please note that refunds will not be issued if a customer fails to fully review our policies before submitting an order. This specifically applies to our Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Please carefully review the following before making your purchase:

1) Return Eligibility

Custom Items: All custom wigs and personalized items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom hair extensions (bundles, lace, non-lace wigs, etc.), returns are only offered under strict conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items are subject to a $30 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. We cannot accept items that have been installed, combed, washed, dyed, cut, or tampered with in any way.
  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part (wrong or defective item sent).

2) Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return and you agree to the terms listed above, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact IslandLuxe customer support at Islandluxeextensions@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Supporting photos may be required.
  2. Once approved, you will be provided with the return address.
  3. Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all original materials.
  4. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping service and email us the tracking details.

IslandLuxe Extensions is not responsible for lost or untrackable return shipments.


3) Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: If the returned item meets the eligibility requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the shipping costs calculated at checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. A new order will need to be placed if you would like a different item.

4) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos or videos of the issue.

  • If IslandLuxe Extensions is at fault, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund once the defective item is returned.
  • Claims submitted after 5 business days of delivery will not be eligible.

5) Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 1–5 business days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after 5 business days will only be eligible for a partial refund, and a $30 restocking fee will be deducted.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us for further assistance.
